  • Shipping Fees: There are no shipping fees as shipping is free all over the world.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your MIRALONE purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

  • Return Window: You may return your item(s) within 10-15 days of receiving your order. Returns must be requested within this period to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached. We do not accept returns on customized or sale items, unless there is a defect or error in the order.

  • Return Process:

    1. Contact our customer service team at support@miralone.com to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and details of the items you wish to return.

    2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

    3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging and ship them back to us using the provided return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us to arrange an exchange. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

  • Refunds: Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
