3. How long does delivery take in the USA?
We ship within the USA only. Orders are delivered in 3–5 business days after processing (1–3 business days).
4. Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to follow your package.
5. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of delivery, provided you share an unboxing video, and the item is unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging.
6. How do I get my refund?
Once we inspect the returned product, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal) within 3–5 business days.
