Returns & Exchanges

  • Customers may request a return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving their order.
  • An unboxing video is required to process all return or exchange requests.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and tags.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • No restocking fee is charged.

Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (PayPal).
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for defective or incorrect items (with unboxing video proof).
  • Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us via email.
  • Once processing has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products (such as custom-made or final sale items) may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
