Returns & Exchanges
- Customers may request a return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving their order.
- An unboxing video is required to process all return or exchange requests.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and tags.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- No restocking fee is charged.
Refunds
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (PayPal).
- Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for defective or incorrect items (with unboxing video proof).
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us via email.
- Once processing has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products (such as custom-made or final sale items) may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
